Domestic Postage/Shipping (within Australia)
Bella T & Co uses Australia Post to deliver all parcels. If the item you have purchased is made to order you will need to allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be made. If the item you have purchased is in stock (i.e. during our collection launch) your order will be posted within 24-48 hours of purchase.
As per Australia Post guidelines if you are based within Metro areas you will need to allow up to 2-3 working days for your goods to be delivered , remote locations will take longer. We do offer Express Post with an additional fee, so if this is an option you would prefer please ensure you select the Express Post option in the purchasing process. Please allow up to 1-2 days for express post delivery. Please note - Bella T & Co will not be responsible for any delays with Australia Post delivery.
If you choose tracking in the payment process your order will be traceable through a tracking number. A confirmation email will be sent to you advising when your order has been posted and it’s label number for tracking. Postage costs are calculated by the overall weight of the final order. These costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
We ship to major worldwide countries and all parcels are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. After an order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to you advising when your order has been shipped and tracking number (if selected and paid for by the customer). Delivery times can vary because of customs regulations, time of year and size and weight of your order. Bella T & Co will not be responsible for any delays with Australia Post delivery. We do offer Express Courier International with an additional fee so if this is an option you would prefer please ensure you select the express Courier option in the purchasing process.
Please note if you would like tracking to be added to your order this is an additional fee and please ensure you choose this option in the purchasing process. Regular parcels cannot be tracked and if lost in transit, neither postage or product costs will be refunded. Please choose tracking for added security. Bella T & Co does not take any responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in the mail after lodgement with Australia Post Air Mail.
Postage is calculated by weight of the parcel and end destination. For the countries we regularly deliver to, our website will calculate the airmail cost and advise before you finalise your order.
Please note that there may be local taxes/duties payable when you receive your order and that we bear no responsibility for these - we have no way of knowing these implications for all the countries we deliver to!
If an incorrect address is provided or a parcel is returned to Bella T & Co an extra postage fee will be charged at the customers expense to send the item again to the correct address. Please check your address carefully when placing your order.
